Check-out time: 10 AM
Linens (bed and bath) are in the house, which you are welcome to use, if you wash them and return to storage area. ($50 service charge if not laundered)
Linens can be rented for an additional charge (about $25 a set)
House has all basic housekeeping equipment and supplies including dishwasher, laundry, detergent, paper products, vacuum, mop, broom.
Maximum occupancy is 10, including tenant’s family and guests (including all children except those sleeping in cribs).
Hurricane policy:
In the event of mandatory evacuation of Figure Eight Island, unused rental time will be refunded on a prorated basis.
If a Hurricane Warning or Tropical Storm Warning is issued, without a mandatory evacuation order, tenant will have the option to evacuate, with issuance of prorated refund.
